The structure

This Master program accepts 25 students per academic year. The procedure of student selection is based on:

Α. the evaluation and scoring of the candidacy folder containing the following documents:

• • a filled-out application form
  • cv
  • a validated copy of graduation certificate or a certificate declaring the completion of studies and analytical marking/scoring
  • publications in magazines with reviewers, if any
  • a copy of the two sides of I.D.
  • 2 recommendation letters
  • a 500-word text expressing the scientific interest in this Master program
  • a validated copy of English language, level B2

Β. The interview with portfolio in PDF

For the evaluation of the candidates’ folders, all the documents are taken into account, which are:

• Bachelor grade or diploma grade
• Performance in graduation thesis or diploma thesis, wherever this is foreseen in the A’ cycle of studies (A’ semester)
• A validated certificate stating the knowledge of an international language
• Possession of first or second cycle studies degree
• Research activity
• Publications
• Portfolio of art creations
• Text for expressing scientific interest
• Interview

This Master studies duration is set to last 3 academic semesters (including the time of the thesis completion) which leads to a Master diploma acquisition .

The maximum permissive time of studies completion is set to 6 academic semesters in case of the approved application of the student by the CC, expressing the reason to prolong his/her studies.

The postgraduate student has to fill out an application form, asking a justifying suspension of studies. The semesters, during which the student suspends, do not account to the foreseen maximum duration of the studies. The suspension from the program, can not supersede the 2 semesters in total.

The study of this master program for the acquisition of a diploma, has an amount of tuition fees for the functional expenses, which is 3.000 € in total. The deadline of the tuition fees payment, from which the University of West Attica withholds the 30% of the total amount, is set according to the decision made by the CC. The students are informed by the secretary about the possibility of the payment in installments according to the call.
