Description

The method of script writing is developed, starting from the main idea. The theme is investigated and a many, various ways of communication are developed. The most interesting proposal is chosen and upon it, a script basis is developed, the synopsis and gradually the script is written. The script may lead to a story narration, information or education. The communicative aspects of the theme are investigated through different visual arts concepts, that reflect the communication model in the audience perception.

The basic principles of cinema language are developed. Also, the scenes of the script are developed according to the position and movement of the camera and the montage as well.

Besides all the above, there is a projection of animation films, that are distinctive for their script and then scene-by-scene it is analyzed, so as to be fully understandable. A variety of techniques are analyzed to understand and use the best and most suitable ways of narration and visualization.

It is asked by the students as their task, to visualize the script in the form of a storyboard, clearly and holistically.

 

Aim

The students must be capable of creating a storyboard and organize audiovisual or interactive works, using the cinema language.

 

Target

Every student or a team has to create an audiovisual content in storyboard, starting from the main idea till the final visualization.
